USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to users (“you”) who download, access, or use this Software and related services (“Software”) provided by StarBoard Solution (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). Use of the Software requires your acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. Data Processing and Privacy Protection

1.1 Processing of Data When Using the Software

We process usage data when you interact with the Software in order to:

• Analyze product usage and improve functionality and performance
• Maintain and enhance service quality and stability
• Provide personalized user experience and relevant content
• Perform market-related analysis to improve commercial strategy

Processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

1.2 How Data is Collected

When you click on or use Software functions, the Software may collect usage actions and operational logs. We analyze such data for legitimate business purposes, such as improving functionality and resolving issues, without unlawfully disclosing individual personal data to third parties.

1. Account-related information such as username or preferences
2. Device-related information such as system version and device identifiers
3. Service interaction data such as action logs and Software usage

Only information that is necessary for service delivery will be requested, and consent will be used where legally required.

2. To affiliated companies and service partners assisting in Software operation, under strict confidentiality and data protection terms

4. Business restructuring events such as merger or asset transfer, with continued data protection

5. Cloud Storage Function

Some Software features allow uploading files to regional cloud servers. These files are:

• Encrypted during transfer
• Automatically deleted after 80 days
• Not accessed or used by the Company

6. Security Measures

We utilize secure transmission protocols, restricted-access systems, and physical data center protections to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Retention and User Rights

Personal data is retained only as necessary for the purposes described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

You have the following rights:

• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent at any time
• Complaint to a supervisory authority

8. Termination and Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use the Software, you may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon confirmation, we will cease processing and delete or anonymize personal data as legally required.
